This the story of a young mute kid. His mother is in getting her hairs did and he has to go potty so he sets off down the street. He sees a party and not being stupid knows that if he could just express his wishes to use the toilet they will be kind generous souls and let him do so.

Instead, while doing his potty dance that is customary for all children below the agen of ten, we get this:
